Buddy time

First we picked some snow pea flowers from our garden before taking them to Room 19 with our handmade cards.

Thank you cards for buddies

We made cards for our Room 19 buddies to say thank you for helping us during swimming.

Making flags with our buddies

Room 19 and Room 14 came to our classroom today and we all made a flag to wear at next Thursday's Olympic's day.

We then went outside and practised a torch relay.

Meeting our buddies

Room 19 came to visit us in Room 12 today. They have been at Ilam school for 5 or 6 years and are experts at learning and at being friendly and respectful.

We had lots of fun getting to know our buddies and sharing books, drawings, and outside games with them.

We look forward to spending more time with our buddies again soon.
